The
following applies to all Holle jars:
No added
sugar or salt, no milk protein, no binding agent,
no yeast, no egg, no lactose, as well as the majority
of jars being gluten free and several being low
in allergens.
Qualities:
Non-dairy,
stool regulating, easily digestible
Ingredients:
Water,
apple**, pear juice concentrate*, bilberry*,
whole wheat flour**, whole wheat flakes** and
lemon juice** (Water is added for cooking and
to ensure appropriate texture)
* Organic ingredients
** Demeter/Bio Dynamic
Application:
Simple preparation.
Just stir and feed.
Note:
All
fruit jars are pasteurised at approx. 70 º
C by using modern production methods. The sterilisation
process of approx. 120 º C is therefore
not used. Through this, the fruit jars retain
their natural colour and maximum aroma.
